#HBBC2012 Week 3

Despite my race this week, my total points for working out this week was pretty low. I think I was nervous about my legs and didn’t want to over work them. But I did get the workouts in! Below is my week summary which can be found on my Challenges page above. I was pretty bad about getting all my pictures this week, but here are the ones I did take. Thanks Eating Bird Food for the awesome dinner idea Thursday night so I could get my Freggies servings in, I’ll be sure to make it again!

Holiday Bootie Buster Challenge

Week 3-December 3-December 9

Monday- 30 min elliptical=2 points

Tuesday- Rest=0 points

Wednesday- 4 mile run and 20 min stretching=5 points

Thursday-3 miles walked, Freggie servings=4 points

Friday-2 miles walked=2 points

Saturday-30 min elliptical=2 points

Sunday-5 mile run and 20 min stretching=6 points

Total- 21 points
